Exploring my alternatives

Okay, so I've always been stuck with what career I've wanted to pursue. Photography is my hobby, I love it. It helps me escape. Modeling is a tiny hobby of mine, I'm still an amateur at it. I don't like to even consider myself a model. I've done some shoots here and there. I've walked in Rochester's Fashion Week, as well as A Papion Premiere by A Stylist Lane and a Hot Tips Extravaganza. I've attended Barbizon school of modeling and acting, which wasn't a complete waste of money as it did teach me proper etiquette and helped me to develop a distinct runway walk that defines me as a person. So moving along!...
I do want to explore the art of photography and modeling in depth. I just don't know where to start. Also, I don't always have the right motivation to get me there. But I know it's something I would enjoy doing, I just have to get in where I fit in. I guess I have to meet the right people. I have to be taught the right tricks. Yes, I've taken many photography classes back in high school, and some in college, but what good are they? They don't let you do your own thing, there's always an assignment. The last thing I need is someone TELLING me who and what I can shoot, for a grade. Sounds stubborn, but I don't care, LOL! I want to do things my way, and it's going to take some time but I will master it.

The Exposition
Consider me Biphotographic.

Well my real name is Erica Jae. The Jae represents my last name initial. My artistic side and alter-ego is "Audrey Sinclair". Don't ask me where the name came from, it just sounded good. I guess I like to be differnt ^_^
I love the camera, I love editing, but only on my own terms. It's more of a hobby for me, but people keep telling me I'm good at it or something *shrugs.
I've created this blog in order to showcase my work, and hopefully receive your feedback as well. I take photos of just about anything. And about 99% of my photos are self-taken. The other 1% might come from some shoots that I've partaken in.
I'm not sure if I really want to be a model per se, I just know that I enjoy being behind and in front of the lens. Therefore, I hope to master both the photography side, and the model side of the camera. So join me in my journey of making myself famous =)
